This is a trauma-informed, experiential retreat designed to deepen your connection to Self and intuition. Set in the stunning Blue Zone of Montezuma, you'll have six days of daily yoga, one day of psychedelic breathwork, and plenty of unstructured time for rest, processing, and meaningful new connections.

Based in Austin, Texas, Monti is a NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) Master Practitioner, trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy through the CIIS Center for Psychedelic Therapies and Research and MAPS. She brings a mindfulness-based, body-aware approach to trauma healing.
