These are education-based sessions, not therapy, focused on teaching practical meditation, mindfulness, and self-compassion skills you can carry into everyday life.

Mindfulness training

Build a steadier practice.

We start by assessing your current mindfulness practice, then teach the fundamentals of mindfulness skills and set goals together. At your first session, we'll decide how many sessions make sense for you.

Self-compassion training

Be kinder to yourself.

We assess your current level of self-compassion, teach the basics, and build goals for bringing more self-compassion into your daily life, especially helpful if you tend to be highly self-critical.

A deeper session with more time to practice and apply skills.
